Priority shipping service via USPS
Purchased items will be shipped within one week.
Custom made-to-order aprons are shipped within 1 -2 weeks (depending on the type of order).
Bulk order time frame varies with each order.
All shipping, including international shipping, does not come with insurance unless the purchaser buys it.
Buyer is responsible for submitting a shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for checking to make sure your address is correct. If an incorrect address is used, we will not be able to refund item until product is returned intact. If the item is returned, buyer is responsible for any cost to re-ship. All packages come with tracking, and must come with tracking (using priority shipping USPS) when returned. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you are not satisfied with your product, a refund will be given minus the original shipping fee. On some items, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Refunds will only be given if item is returned intact and unused within 10 days of you receiving item. After 10 days, only store credit will be given minus original shipping fees. No store credit or refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. On made to order custom orders, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Refunds can take up to 60 days to process.
